Hearing the words “zombie dog,” the girl inside the door reacted intensely.
“Zombie dog! That monster!”
Her voice was slightly shrill, echoing once in the empty corridor before gradually disappearing.
Realizing her loss of composure, she covered her mouth and cautiously let the three of them into the dormitory.
Lin Qianhuan then noticed that there were no casualties in this dormitory.
All four beds were occupied, and all four people were present.
Although they looked pale and malnourished, they were all still alive.
“That thing was foraging in our dormitory building this morning, but it’s basically eaten everyone it could in this building.
I heard it seems to have gone to the neighboring boys’ dormitory building.”
The girl who opened the door blinked her sunken eyes and communicated with Lin Qianhuan, speaking weakly.
“How are you four okay? Is it because of the perfume on the door?”
Lin Qianhuan asked. She found the perfume scent in this dormitory particularly pungent, making her not want to stay for even a second longer.
The girl picked up a small express box filled with empty perfume bottles, numbering over twenty.
“That thing has a keen sense of smell, so we sprayed perfume on the door, the walls, and ourselves.
The scent of the perfume perfectly masked our own smell, so we weren’t discovered by that monster.”
Lin Qianhuan was somewhat surprised to hear this. She hadn’t thought of this method.
“You are indeed very clever. We’ll be leaving then.”
She had come to find the zombie dog, not to chat with these people.
Having obtained the information she wanted, Lin Qianhuan naturally turned to leave.
A girl with braided pigtails suddenly stopped her, “Where are you going? Can you take me with you?
I don’t want to stay in school anymore, I want to go home, I want to find my mom.”
The more she spoke, the more emotional she became, gradually turning from sobbing to wailing.
Lin Qianhuan frowned in displeasure, took a towel, and stuffed it into her mouth.
“It’s not certain whether the zombie dog has left the school, how dare you make such a loud noise!
That thing not only has a keen sense of smell, but its hearing is definitely not bad either!”
The girl whose mouth was covered was still crying, but the crying was muffled by the towel, turning into a low whimper.
“Ah! Ah!!!!”
The girl who opened the door looked at the glass on the dormitory door in horror, her voice piercingly loud.
Lin Qianhuan followed her gaze and made eye contact with a cloudy eye.
That eye was large, occupying a quarter of the glass.
Zombie dog!
It was attracted by the sound!
Lin Qianhuan’s heart skipped a beat. It hadn’t made a sound!
“Ugh… Roar!”
The wooden door and glass were easily smashed, but this was the 5th floor. Trapped in the dormitory, Lin Qianhuan had nowhere to escape.
It seemed that this zombie dog was a Tibetan Mastiff before it was infected with the virus.
The zombie virus amplified its ferocity, and foul-smelling saliva dripped from its rotten mouth, with bloody fresh meat hanging from its fangs.
Jiang Xing stepped forward and protected her behind him, and the thunderball in his palm began to materialize, and he easily threw it into the zombie dog’s widest mouth.
The thunderball exploded, flesh and blood flew, and several teeth were blown out.
Lin Qianhuan took the opportunity to try to shoot, but as she was aiming, a force suddenly came from behind, pushing her towards the zombie dog.
“Qianhuan!”
Jiang Xing stood in front of Lin Qianhuan, just in time to help her from falling, and turned to look at the culprit.
It was the braided girl whose mouth was covered with a towel.
Lin Qianhuan steadied herself and patted Jiang Xing.
“Let’s deal with this big guy first, she can’t escape.”
Jiang Xing suppressed the anger in his heart, turned around and continued to confront the zombie dog.
This guy was huge and was blocked outside the dormitory door, so he could only extend his rotten and smelly claws to grab people.
Presumably, those who were eaten were desperately hooked by their claws on the corners of their clothes.
Jiang Xing threw another thunderball, and its left claw was blown to pieces.
Lin Qianhuan aimed at the zombie dog’s eyes and fired two bullets in a row, disrupting its attack rhythm.
A mental spike suddenly appeared, twisting sharply in its already chaotic and smelly brain. The crisis was suddenly resolved, and the zombie dog’s huge body instantly fell to the ground.
With a bang, it was safe.
Lin Qianhuan put the gun into the space. Fortunately, there were dormitory walls as protection, otherwise it would take some effort to kill this guy.
“Jiang Xing, you go dig out the crystal core, I’ll take care of the rest.”
Lin Qianhuan turned to look at the trembling braided girl. She retreated in fear and shook her head frantically.
“I didn’t mean it, I didn’t mean it!
I was just too scared, spare me, spare me!”
Lin Qianhuan approached step by step, until she forced her to the edge of the balcony, with no way to retreat.
“Either you jump down yourself, or I’ll help you.”
She smiled kindly, and a sharp Tang sword appeared in her hand.
“No, no, I don’t want to die!”
The braided girl shook her head, trembling as she tried to push Lin Qianhuan away, but the other party’s Tang sword cut off one of her hands.
“Was it this hand that pushed me just now?”
Lin Qianhuan tilted her head and asked, completely ignoring the other party’s painful wails.
Too lazy to continue to entangle with her, the Tang sword flashed, and the wailing suddenly disappeared.
Jiang Xing also successfully obtained the zombie dog’s crystal core, which was the size of a goose egg, with white, smoke-like threads floating inside.
Lin Qianhuan reached out and took it, and a system prompt came to her mind.
[Congratulations to the host for completing the task, the reward has been sent to the Spirit Spring Space, please check it.]
The surging anger was then quelled, and Lin Qianhuan smiled lightly: “Let’s call it a day, let’s go back to the badminton hall.”
Jiang Xing nodded, and Jiang Minhui also hurried to follow, and the three returned to the outside of the badminton hall by car.
After the three left, several thin figures appeared on the balcony of the dormitory building next door.
“Has rescue arrived?”
“Is the zombie dog dead? Are we safe?”
“Wuwuwuwuwu, I want to go home, what the hell are zombies, what the hell is the apocalypse!”

The spirits and bodies of these students, who were overwhelmed by the disaster, were on the verge of collapse, and venting was actually a good thing.
According to the time, China is now fully accelerating the creation of safe bases, and news should come out soon.
That is the final destination for the survivors.
And now, all people can do is protect themselves and wait quietly for that day to come.
Returning to the badminton hall, it was dark inside, but flickering faint lights could be vaguely seen.
Lin Qianhuan stepped forward and knocked on the door a few times rhythmically, which was their secret code.
Kacha, the sound of friction between the steel pipe and the doorknob made people’s teeth ache, and the heavy glass door was pushed open with force.
“How is it? Is Qianhuan okay?”
Lin Yixuan was pacing anxiously in the badminton hall. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that all three had returned safely.
